Suckers, Punched; Bostonians Brahman
So the big news of the weekend, to the surprise of absolutely no one, was the astonishing failure of Zack Snyder’s latest, Sucker Punch. But I don’t really want to talk about that, or its implications for the Superman franchise. No, I want to talk about the Wimpy Kid…franchise, I guess…Its second film cleaned Snyder’s clock, revealing once again that, whether we like it or not, we’re living in a post- Twilight world.
